What do I have to do to get started?
Click “Join Today” to enroll. Sign up and create your account to obtain your membership card. Call us, we can help you sign up.
Will all my prescription drugs be free or at no cost to me?
Yes all generic medications on the formulary are free with your monthly subscription.
When can I start using this benefit? Can I access and use it right away?
Membership becomes active within 48 hours.
At 48 hours: Use Membership Card at a retail pharmacy for first fill (mail order after first fill).
Mail order medication - filled and shipped within 5 days if you have your prescription from your doctor. If you need a prescription from your doctor and need assistance, it will take 10-14 days to receive your medication.
My Pharmacist is not familiar with Virtual Care Rx?
If your Pharmacist is not familiar with Virtual Care Rx - Show the Virtual Care Rx Card and ask them to process the claim just like they do with any other RX Benefit Card. If they are having trouble they can call our Pharmacist Hotline at 877-256-4248.
Do I need a valid Prescription?
Yes - Your local pharmacy or our Home Delivery Program will require a valid Prescription. Please bring your prescription with you to your local pharmacy or have it electronically sent to the pharmacy of your choice. When picking up the prescription, show your Virtual Care Rx card as form of payment.
Can I get my medication filled at my local pharmacy?
If you are in need of an acute prescription (you have a sudden sickness and you need the medication now i.e. antibiotic), yes you are able to pick these medications at your local pharmacy.
If you have a chronic prescription (a medication that you take daily and you get refills every 30/60/90 days), yes you can get a one time fill at your local pharmacy. After that we will get you on our mail order program so your medication(s) that you need every 30/60/90 days will arrive at your address in the mail.
How many of my family members can be on the plan with me?
As many family members you have. All family members must live at the same address.
What if I want to upgrade my membership?
If you want to go from a Single Membership to a Member +Spouse or a Member + Family you can do that at anytime. Select the “Activate Subscription” button on the program portal. You will get billed for the upgrade in the membership and you will have access to the new upgraded membership right away.
What if I need to change my membership to a lower cost program?
If you need to change your current membership to a lower cost program simply click on “Activate Subscription” on your member portal page and the change will be made once your next billing cycle happens.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at anytime. You will finish your billing cycle and once that is up you will no longer have access to the medication program or the medication and telemedicine program. (example: If your billing cycle is the 15th of the month and you cancel on the 27th of the month, your membership will run through the 15th of the following month). There are no refunds on any of our programs.
